Winter time

I have finished my placement now. There's only a month of uni left. I'm exhausted and sick, trying to prepare myself for the run to complete assessment tasks in time. Winter is has truly hit us. And all I want is:

1. A nice warm cup of chocolatey hot chocolate

2. A long soak in a hot bath, with candles flickering their light about the walls


3. A snooze in the softest, comfiest and cosiest bed you can find


4. Lots of cuddles, snuggles, hugs and kisses

It is time for celebration! :D

Today, two essays were returned to me. I was dreading recieving one of them and the other I felt uncertain about. However, the marks suggested otherwise. Two H1's (the highest mark range possible) for both essays! I'm shocked and happy and proud :) I can't wipe the smile off my face or the giggle out of my step. Horrah!

Graduate

Tonight, I graduated from my Bachelor of Arts degree. It was a fantastic night. I especially loved prancing about in my academic robes and hat.

My parents gifted me with this beautiful ring. I feel just like the beautiful princess she is :) Especially paired with the champagne from my boyfriend. They know me too well :)

Moonrise

I just so happen to take a peek outside my window early one morning last week as I was getting ready for my day. I was amazed at the haunting beauty which lay out in front of me: the moon slowly falling to sleep. It shone so brightly... It was truly beautiful. This picture obviously does not give it justice.

Lathamstowe

Just back from a day trip down to Queenscliff in Victoria, Australia. It truly is the quaintest little town. There are so many lovely old buildings about the place, and the shops are delightful. My favourite building of the day was this Addams Family-esque building: Lathamstowe.

Originally built in 1882-3 for the Anglican clergy to use as a seaside holiday residence. For more information, check out the Victorian Heritage Database.

Needs less sun and more dark stormy, gloomy skies, I think.
